Complete.Tech — Communications Terms (SMS & Email)

Entity: CompleteTech LLC (“Complete.Tech”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
Applies to: SMS/MMS text messaging and email communications we send in the United States.

By providing your mobile number and/or email address and opting in, you agree to these Communications Terms (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not opt in.


1) Opt‑In & Consent

You can opt in to receive messages from Complete.Tech by any of the following methods:

  • Web forms – checking an opt‑in box and submitting your phone number and/or email address.
  • Text‑to‑join – sending a keyword (e.g., JOIN) to a number we designate, or replying Y/YES to a consent request.
  • Point‑of‑sale / in‑person – written or electronic consent captured by our staff or devices.
  • Phone/IVR – responding to an interactive voice or keypad prompt.

What you authorize: By opting in, you authorize Complete.Tech to send recurring communications to the contact channels you provide, including:

  • Marketing & promotional messages (offers, event invites, product updates);
  • Transactional messages (order/status updates, service notices, account/security alerts);
  • Customer support and surveys.

Consent not a condition: Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may buy our products or services without opting in.

Recordkeeping: We may retain evidence of your consent (e.g., timestamp, method, IP, form copy, keyword, and the number/email you used) for compliance and audit purposes.


2) Message Frequency & Fees

  • Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive may vary based on your interactions with us.
  • Message & data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier or email provider.

3) Opt‑Out & Help

SMS/MMS (texts):

  • To stop receiving marketing texts, reply STOP at any time. You may receive a one‑time confirmation text.
  • For help, reply HELP or contact us via the methods below.
  • Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email, and vice‑versa.

Email:

  • Click the Unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop further marketing emails.
  • Transactional or service emails related to your account or orders may still be sent when necessary.

4) Who May Enroll

  • You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder for the number/email you provide.
  • You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your state).
  • Please keep your contact details current; notify us if your number or email changes.

5) Delivery & Carriers

  • Delivery of SMS/MMS may be affected by your device, carrier coverage, or the internet.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Our SMS/MMS programs operate on major U.S. carriers and many virtual carriers; availability may vary by carrier and device.

6) Privacy

We use your information per our Privacy Policy. For SMS/MMS programs, we may collect your phone number, message content, consent records, engagement (e.g., opens/clicks), device and carrier metadata, and related diagnostics. We do not sell your mobile number to third parties. We may share limited data with providers (e.g., messaging platforms and wireless carriers) solely to deliver and support the messaging program.


7) Program Changes & Termination

We may modify or suspend any messaging program, or these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Effective” date. If required by law, we may also send you an update notice.


8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Messages are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the messaging program.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, those limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

9) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Governing State], without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Insert County/State], and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
